1. Passengers will be identified prior to the immigration control area.
2. Passengers will be guided to complete procedures at the immigration control area.
3. Passengers will be invited to use the Orchid Lounge and given 1 bottle of water while waiting for baggage claim.
4. Passengers will be assisted by staff to retrieve luggage from the baggage carousel and complete customs procedures.
5. Passengers will be guided to the waiting vehicle outside the international arrival terminal for transport.

1. Passengers will be greeted at the airplane gate or at the entrance of the terminal.
2. Passengers will be accompanied by staff to assist with immigration procedures.
3. Passengers will have access to the Orchid Lounge (including light refreshments and drinks) at the international arrival terminal while waiting for baggage claim.
4. Passengers' luggage will be assisted and retrieved from the baggage carousel and then helped to be taken to the pick-up 
5. Passengers will be guided to the waiting vehicle outside the terminal.

1. Passengers will be received at the station by staff members.
2. Passengers will be guided and assisted with procedures such as check-in, luggage handling, emigration and security screening.
3. Passengers will be invited to the CIP Lounge for business class during their waiting time before boarding the plane.
4. Passengers will be escorted to the aircraft by staff members at the time of departure.
